TREVOR ELLIOTT

Trevor Elliott started his career in material science before moving into PR & Marketing. He has some 35 years experience as a consultant during which time he has worked in both agencies and client-side including senior positions within Europe’s first FSC certified office furniture manufacturer and an environmental charity providing research management and knowledge exchange for public sector stakeholders .

He has a hands-on approach to client service helping companies win tenders and awards, achieve preferred supplier status and establish themselves as the authoritative voice in their marketplace.

Profiting from good PR

Trevor works closely with his client to ensure that sales, marketing, PR and advertising are fully synchronised and that activities on and off line are targeted at creating profit for future investment or distribution.

Trevor has also helped pioneer the commercial use of laser and plasma cutting, microfocus and real-time X-ray inspection photo-chemical machining and green manufacturing.

He also has a proven track record of helping ‘not-for-profit’ organisations become more commercial in their operations in order to attract co-operation and funding from the private sector.  

For example, he helped a leading  housing association develop a successful business model for its Living Over the Shop initiative, which attracted a funding contributions from the landlord on every scheme undertaken.
